absolutely not what i expected! the shower got cold after just two people, and i couldn’t believe the check-in took 45 minutes, not what i’d call efficient. also, no one even offered a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, how disappointing! so close to the train, too noisy for my taste.

convenient check-in system, spacious family apartment, easy access to public transport
A proper storage system after check-out would be a necessity!!! Thin walls let noise travel too easily, disrupting sleep!!! Lack of mirrors makes it difficult for guests, especially when large groups are involved!!!

All good, fulfills its purpose. The apartment boasts quality linens and great toiletries in a relaxed atmosphere.

missingWrote a review on 10 Novself-check-inapartment styleheating issues
The self-check-in process is seamless, making it easy to get settled right away. The concept of having an apartment style stay is nice for added privacy.
Heating issues left the room uncomfortably cold upon arrival, which took hours to remedy—just a note for those visiting in winter. Additionally, the sound insulation isn’t great, allowing frequent noise from trams outside to disrupt sleep. The room size, particularly the bed, feels misleading based on pictures—it's smaller than expected. Lastly, the absence of nearby convenience stores makes it tedious for quick snacks or essentials.

We loved the spacious apartment, perfect for our group. Close to a bus stop made it easy to reach places like the House of Music and Belvedere Palace. The self-check-in was handy, and the area was super quiet. Bringing our luggage was a breeze with the available locker service.
On our last day, the AC stopped working, and it got pretty warm. It would’ve been nice to have someone to assist with that since there's no reception.

The apartment was amazing! Had everything like AC, a lovely balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen. The shower had great pressure too! Super comfy bed. The keycard entrance was smooth, and I love the lockers for bags before check-in. Easy to find, and the views at sunset were perfect.
